[MOD RELATED] Electronics, Lights, Appliances disappear on Load

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• Are you placing items with moveObjects enabled ?

I am using mods but even without them on stuff still disappears. I´m playing on computer, and i´m not using moveobjects for those items.

Try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

Every time I've launched my game since the update, my sims pictures have been black and certain items repeatedly get deleted on lot load. Specifically plumbing, kitchen appliances, and electronics including lights

(vet exam table too). Even if i try items from other packs, they disappear after around an hour, sometimes less. When i load my save file a pop up says "one build mode item removed" and honestly im not sure if thats some cc that was deleted or on EAs side, but all the items that are disappearing aren't cc.

I've tried loading without mods and the items are still disappearing, the pictures are still black (im assuming that wont be fixable), and the "build mode item removed" increases as expected.

All x are missing objects, circles are blacked out photos, in all rooms there is missing saucer lights (as i didnt want to keep replacing specific lights)

Try the following

- Close the game

- Repair the game

all my appliances ,plumbing and light fixtures disappeared. Not sure why or how. I cleared my Sims4 cache reloaded save file, it was all back, stopped playing and on reload its all gone again.

This is also happening to me. I removed all mods before updating the game and ensured they were all compatible with the new update before putting them back.  This bug occurred immediately after the update, when I first launched the game. I have since tested all mods and cc, removed all of them again and it was still happening. It is not the Eco Lifestyle NAP "Sharing is caring" as I have disabled NAP from my game. It seems to me that ALL plumbing (except laundry oddly enough- sinks, toilets, showers), appliances (microwave, fridge, stove) and electronics (tv, computer, burglar alarm, etc.) These items completely disappear after loading into the game. When I place them all back into my build, they are fine.... until I enter CAS or travel or any loading screen, when going back to the home lot they disappear again. I've repaired the game with and without mods many times. I've established at this point it is a bug and not mod related.  HELP, it's hard to play when I'm not able to leave the lot or go into any other screen without having to constantly find all the items and put them back again from build/buy.    

Another issue I've noticed, the demolition tool will not work for the objects after placing as well. Anything appliance, plumbing, or electronic is having this issue, both cc and base game items.

After installing the September 18, 2025 patch, I noticed that when I load into my Sims 4 household, several appliances are missing. These include, but are not limited to: stoves, microwaves, televisions, gaming consoles, radios, kitchen and bathroom sinks, bathtubs, showers, and computers.

When attempting to replace these items in Build/Buy mode, they cannot be deleted once placed. I receive a message stating: “Item cannot be deleted.”

All missing items were EA-Maxis assets from either purchased DLC or the base game.

Recently updated to the newest patch and noticed that some objects are missing. Fridge, sinks, stove, toilets, showers and tubs, and a couple of random lights. I believe they were lights from Get Together. All objects were game items and not CC. All mods were updated and cache files were deleted before loading the game. I got an LE that seems to be related to these items and nothing else. Not mods or anything. Completely a game issue, as far as I can tell, but as soon as the MCCC Discord server reopens support, I'll send the file to confirm there.
