I've been deep diving again into more forums and I saw having Metal on a compatible iOS system (mine is only Metal compatible, didn't have Metal/Xcode/Command Line Developer Tools/Homebrew on my Mac), do you think I should get these developer tools for my harddrive? Would that help at all you think?
P.S. Starting to see why you wouldn't even use an unGodly-lengthy pole to touch a Mac for TS4 gaming omg LOL

- 3 years ago@Bluebellflora That was an automatic correction, yes I'm aware Macs run on MacOS. Per my previous response I had been deep diving in a lot of forums and google answers and kept seeing that pop up, that's why I asked if I'd need it and that was a reason my game isn't working. Been playing the Sims since TS2 but always vanilla, I'm still fairly new to adding mods and cc so I'm not super versed!

You don’t need XCode or Homebrew to get the game working, you just need to not have outdated Mods in your Mods folder.
