[MOD RELATED] Error code every time I try and go into a game (109:dd2b8c5)

Last night I made a new household in CAS, which was working fine, and wanted to move them into a house. Every time I tried to start a game I was sent back to the menu screen and a pop-up came up that...

@hdsghjnfdsfbn  There's no image attached to your post.  I'd like to see what the error says, so please try again to upload it.  If attaching it doesn't work, you can embed it with the "Insert/edit image" button a few to the right of the bold/italics/etc. buttons above the text field.

I'm sorry I thought I attached the screenshot, here is the error picture. Sometimes when I am able to get into the game play, it looks like this, alot of stuff is missing.
