Mods not working despite everything

My mods arent working and im running out of ways to solve it. I had some bugs in game so i was moving the mods i suspected around a bit trying to find the problem. When i tought i had solved the bug, i started my sims game and all my mods werent working. And i mean the whole mods folder was inactive. I have tried everything, checked if it was the family that was the problem, moved my folders around, cleared Cache, and a bunch of other stuff. When starting the game it also doesnt say these mods are in use, even tough i have more than 300 cc in my mods folder (in the sims folder). Mods are enabled and i think i have checked anything else that could be the problem. I really dont know what to do, please can anyone help me? :')
