More than One Accessory Per Category Mod?

Does anyone know if there's a mod to allow more than one accessory per category? I have the 3D eyelashes from Kijiko but they're under glasses. It's frustrating cause I have to choose if I want a Sim to have eyelashes or glasses and some Sims need both. At least in my opinion anyway lol Thanks!

    Kijiko has a version that is available in skin details. You can use glasses with it but, you can't wear rings:

    Is this an older version? Is it compatible with the latest patch?
