Mt. Komorebi Still Borked?

For the second time, in quite some time, I took my newlywed couple to Mt. Komorebi for their Honeymoon. Again, they couldn't leave their rental. I'm frustrated because until I locked the doors, the Paparazzi had no problems coming and going … There is something totally messed up here. I used to enjoy this pack very much.

Are there any known mods that might be interfering? Please, and thank you, in advance.
