Have you got an empty crib? If not, buy one and try clicking it, there should be an option to have the baby.

@crinrict I have 2 in my household. I think the most i've ever had it as was 4. But ever since i've tried to fix the situation, i've kept the household to 2 people.

@clazzily Does this happen too if you remove your mods ? You might need to reload a save from before the birth started.

Have you got an empty crib? If not, buy one and try clicking it, there should be an option to have the baby.

What @Slytherclaw72 said. If you don't have a bassinet, if you wait long enough one should appear and she should give birth, but it's a long wait.

Lately the game has not been supplying bassinets in game - THIS glitch should be checked. Thanks.

@clazzily I had this happen recently and what worked for me was I had to have her run outside because the game would not spawn the bassinet where she was because there wasn't enough space around her. If you have GTW you can send them to the hospital which will also complete the process.

To be fair, births have been super glitchy lately, hospital births the mom scoots off the surgical table between the doc's legs, at home I recently had a sim go from 2 hours left til birth to no time listed at all (i.e. no countdown, not even 0 as the normal protocol), but I finally got a bassinet? I'm not sure exactly what's going on with births at this point.

I have had this issue with the game for more than a year now, and it really brings down the gameplay.

My sim is able to become pregnant but once birth time rolls around it becomes "???"

I have tried everything.
I deleted all CC and mods. I uninstalled all the games then reinstalled just the base game. I always clear the cache files before each gameplay.
Not because of this issue, but I got a new laptop and this issue continues even on my new laptop.

I use Origin for my gaming.

Does anyone know what could possibly be the issue?
Please help.

There, it was seen that the MCCC might be the cause. Do you use MCCC?
