Non-deterministic behavior from the Left Of Center Hot Tub

@SimGuruM0dSquad, it's sort of unclear where we're supposed to post if we have found a bug with a game object so I'm posting about it here in the hopes that someone from the EA team will see my post....

Hey @_orangemittens_ ,

I can reproduce this consistently by placing the hot tub, and when first placed and dragging the metal parts will not appear. Once placed they will appear. And sometimes it just will never appear. Weird, think it's probably a timing issue - we'll take a look.
