Objects turning invisible when using build-buy for a little

Does it happen with no mods/CC at all? Just because a mod is up-to-date doesn't mean it isn't broken.

    I have not yet tried that out. I’m going to try and take out all of my script mods and play with the game a little to see if it’s one of those. If that’s not the problem then I really have no idea what’s causing this in game.
