MALWARE ALERTS There has been an uptick in "bad actors" targeting Sims 4 mod and CC users, especially of 18+ content, with malware. Install TwistedMexi’s ModGuard in your Mods folder if you use you use any CC or mods at all, even just hair. Follow the Malware thread for notifications. Do NOT remove ModGuard just to use a different mod! That just opens you to the malware targeting the download-happy Sims community.

- fgeh – Pose Manager (Pose Favorites Manager), Oct 12 update – CAS doesn’t load at all; previously a ModGuard trigger; many tuning errors; NOTE: This AI-dependent mod will not have updates covered here
- GinngerLemur – Elves of Willow Creek – buff tuning errors may affect mod function
- lethalmantis89 - NOTE: Updates to these have not yet been tested and will be reported only if broken
- Social Meals – creator reports conflict with Get Together cafes
- Ultra Realistic Sleep Autonomy (and more!) – not properly functional in several respects, including if loading a lot at night
- LinaSim Tennis Gameplay Pack – UI exception generated when first attempting to purchase a premium club membership; subsequent attempts do nothing. Some features untested.
- LittleUnicorn – NOTE: Updates to these have not yet been tested and will be reported only if broken
- Paws & Hooves – ModGuard trigger.
- Published Books Library – ModGuard trigger at lot loading.
- mitchy2111/kxxyx – Wide View – LE on game loading; mod doesn’t do what it says; would be highly likely to trigger ModGuard if it did.
- MoMiNaBe – Auto Blender Maintenance – Sims Maintain Blenders Automatically – LE on test method call in gameplay
- Otter Studio – one or more mods – ModGuard trigger(s); Which mod(s)? No idea! Every single mod is “early access”. Updates will NOT be reported. Please think hard before paying to use mods from a creator with zero free content.

- CommittedHail – FPSteer – does NOT contain adware! (this turns out to be an artifact of a previously trustworthy decompiler), but DOES include an exe file in the ts4script, which is nonstandard and likely to trigger ModGuard (not yet tested). Don't remove ModGuard to use other mods. NOTE: Only selected updates to this mod will be reported.
Obsolete mods are (mostly) bugfixes that are no longer needed; REMOVE OBSOLETE MODS. Obsolete mods are sometimes broken (but untested for how). Unsupported mods are either being no longer supported by their creator or have been replaced by a newer mod. See Previously Broken mods and CC for mods reported obsolete/unsupported for previous patches.
NOTE: There’s a new reason that mods available only on Patreon might become “Unsupported”: If creators don’t log in for 180 days (that’s half a year!), their pages get unpublished by Patreon. I’ll be listing that as “unpublished from Patreon (possibly due to creator inactivity)”. I’ll be going through my notes to hunt these down.
