As far as I can tell (from only getting to play one household for a few hours with the new update) all of my mods still work and are compatible. I'm not sure what exactly the update fixed about NAPs, but my mods do ancillary things for Eco Lifestyle that still probably aren't fixed, like toning down frequency of certain NAP actions (e.g. baking white cakes) or clearing stuck commodities from sims (NAP autonomy fixes - your active played sims should actually NEVER be doing any autonomous NAP stuff - only when they are NPCs not under your control - if you see your currently controlled sims playing with clay or future cubes without previously having any in their inventories or programming autonomously, that is an open bug).
I'm keeping at least the Eco Interactions Fixes in because it has the tweaks I made to Sharing is Caring that protect public furniture like the ones at festivals and non-replaceable things like Trash Chutes in apartments from being stolen and breaking lots.
