@GiardiniDiMarzo no problem! I will definitely try that! I have used some mods and cc in that household, will it be a problem if I remove the mods and try to start the game like you said?

@Lirranlus , do what @GiardiniDiMarzo , but also delete the localthumbcache.package file. 🤨 This file can retain bits of corrupted data even if you remove your Mods/CC! 😞 The file is found in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
Mods/CC often become outdated when the game is patched like it was a few days ago. Fortunatly most Modders and CC creators are quick to update their products to work in the game! It is a good idea to do these steps if you have a problem in the game , or when you know the game has been updated to check to see if it is Mods/CC related or not. 😉
