PHONE ISSUES

Hello. I have a problem. The phone in the sims 4 is currently not working and I'm not sure why. Can someone help me fix this problem?

Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
