@Ghoul_Silvrr i have seen this too! a male teen just standing around in the magic realm looked clearly pregnant but was a teen! it was a randomly generated sim too.
@AbbyAaron27 Are you also playing with content in your Mods folder? This sounds a lot like broken mods/CC or even by intent for some mods (not ones supported here, though).
