@nayaguld Test with no mods or CC:  Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, then open the game to test.

This will tell you if a mod/CC is the cause. You can use Broken/Updated Mods & CC to find many affected by the pre-Lovestruck patch. If you have complex mods, it can be a good idea to delete and reupdate, carefully checking the instructions to make sure you aren't missing files.
