Hi
I was having this problem when I realised I was using Fry Fish but if you go to the cook menu you will see there is Fried Fish and Fried Fish Plate - you need to cook Fried Fish PLATE

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? do the scenario & make excellent fried fish
What happens when the bug occurs? i make the item & it doesn't complete in the list of scenario goals
What do you expect to see? that i would get credit for completing the goal

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
i completed the excellent fried fish task for the cookout scenario & got no credit for it
