@SpaceGalaxyBread If Sims 4 is actually running (in which case, congrats, that's better than I'd have expected), find the path to your user folder in-game, as described here:

The same Sims 4 folder listed will have a Mods folder inside. Mods and custom content go inside that folder. They need to be unzipped with a .package or .ts4script extension. And you need to enable custom content and script mods, two separate settings, within the game options.
