What happens when the bug occurs? Trying to add an infant to a family works. But when going in game, the infant has diapeared and is neither in the game or in the library

Please describe the patch or change you made. The infant update
When trying to grow a newborn into an infant it becomes q toodler. When trying to add an infant to an eksisting family, it doesnt show up in game mode.
I have tried disableing mods and custom content. Doesnt work.
I have no idea what to do. Saw some other people with the same problem when googling. But no one in here seems to have the problem.
