Yeah I do, but my teenagers can combine H.S and an after school activity. However for some reason they camote have jobs. But I don't know what it is causing it. @GiardiniDiMarzo I don't get any Last Exception either
@Simtasticgallery You should be able to have a part time job and go to high school at the same time. The only time I've seen something like that happen was with a mod (i.e. I've seen it with MCCC when I've had the option to allow teens to quit school, though that was before I added High School Years to my game). Actually, if you have High School Years you can have a High School Years part time job (Video Game Streamer or Simfluencer, morning shift) and a High School Years after school activity and go to high school all at the same time.
Have you tried testing with your mods folder out (don't delete, just move it) and also make sure to delete your localthumbcache file and check that there are no mod settings files in your saves (some mods put settings in your saves folder) and see what happens then? Don't save while it's out, you're just testing to see what happens then.

@Simtasticgallery With some help from @CGrant56, it turns out that this issue can still be caused by MCCC if you have the option to quit school enabled if you look under the MCCC options on the computer, and then look at MC Career, then 'teens can quit school'.
The default is disabled, but if you enable it and try to take a part time job while your teen is in high school, you will get the pop up to quit school. Screenshot from CGrant56:
So assuming you use MCCC, I recommend turning the option for teens to quit school off, if you don't, perhaps you have another mod in your game that causes it. As you can see from this, it doesn't have to be a mod specifically related to HSY or teens.
