I'm having trouble with infinite loading screen when I try to load into households. I've tried removing everything out of my mods folder and still the same issue with the loading screen.

WestDiamo All households in the old save only -- including ones you never played before, ever -- but you can open them in the new save? In the old save, if you make a new household can you place it, with a renamed Mods folder?

Okay. In your old save, is it ALL households you can't open, or only your regular household?
Oh yes I can open new save and it works fine. I’m trying to play my old save file that I always play my regular household and keep getting the infinite screen loading.
WestDiamo With the instructions I gave, there should be no possible way to open an old save. Was an old save available to you? You should have had only the option for "NEW", and a new save can't be corrupted because it didn't exist before.
Still doesn't work... can it be my save file maybe? like a corrupt save file?

yes, I deleted everything in pinned list. I was doing them bit by bit. I even did my cc as well and still same error. My game was working perfectly fine before that update :( happened
