Re: Sims 4 not opening when i have a dlc
My game won’t launch with DLCs downloaded either. It’ll open if I remove the DLCs but other than that I get the ts4_x64.exe (invalid digital signature) code from Norton even tho I’ve set it to allow.

- @vmillyhilly mines opened one time without the dlc but so far even with or without it doesnt want to open for me and i really dont know what to do
- @Susboi384 I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game itself multiple times; following reinstalling, it did open up every time but I couldn’t access my saves because it needed the DLCs I was previously playing with. In redownloading the DLCs my game threw the code I originally got (thru Norton) again. I don’t really know what else to do atp.
- @vmillyhilly mines opens but just stay on a white screen and doesnt close unless i end the task from task manager
- @vmillyhilly ok i got mines to work, all i did was delete some mods for some other game so check that out
@vmillyhilly Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
