@crinrict&nbsp;I tried your solution and still getting the never ending loading screen for university.&nbsp; I also repaired the game before trying the solution.I tried bulldozing and not replacing to lot and I will still not able to load university lots.How is it that I am only able to load that one lot and nothing else?&nbsp; How is the one lot breaking the whole university world.

Thank you Crinrict.&nbsp; I appreciate all you do.I resolved the issue.&nbsp; It would not load because of an arcade mod needed to be updated for DX 11.&nbsp; The creator updated it and I was able to load the lot.

@keekee53 Splitting your post as the other thread was really old and very specific to that one users save.

Which lot are you trying to load ? Did you replace it with something from the gallery ? Any mods/CC ?
