Unfortunately, they are totally gone from build/buy and CAS. Even in a new save, they are not available

@linnie2118 Please move your Mods folder to the desktop, open the game to create a new Mods folder, add back one item that isn't working, and see whether it loads in-game. Let me know if you don't see a new Mods folder or your other mods and cc are still showing up in-game; that would mean you have another Mods folder somewhere.
If you're using the correct Mods folder but the cc item you test doesn't work, download a fresh copy and test that instead.
