"Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul" mod does not show up in my game?

I have updated all of them but when I enter my game, interactions do not show up. Is there a mod that conflicts with Relationship&Pregnancy? Can someone who had this problem help? Thank you.

Did you enable mods in the game settings?
