Well... it seems the there is no such a forum for us German players so I'll try it on this way...
In the german Version of the Game it is not possible to set Romantic boundaries, we don't have it separated like in the US version, the List just goes on and on and the is NO way to scroll down
ChessKnight13 This is usually mod-related, so please move your Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package, then test again.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether the problem is still present.
