I have way too many favorites to link.

If you're into maxis match there is MLys, The Plumbob Tea Society (and all it's contributors), or Trillyke on tsr.

Otherwise there is Elliesimple (one of my all time favorites), leahlillith or Blahberry Pancake.
On tsr I would definitely check out Nightcrawler Sims, wingssims, Ade_Darma and Anto for the hair, Bobur3 and Scarlett-content for the skin details, laupipi, ChloeMMM and serenity-cc for the clothes, and finally magnolia-c for the accessories.
Then there are two creators who stopped playing and/or making cc, but what is still up is really nice : SLYD ( <3 ) and Stealthic.

If you still can't find what you want you can check out SimsDomination, they list a lot of different creators (like redhead sim who has a lot of hair recolors for kids - they are usually hard to find)

OKay I'm stopping now, I swear I spent 30min finding them in my folder and copy-pasting all of their urls. I really hope it's allowed because I would hate to be banned for that haha
