- It appears as if there is no way to do this explicitly. What are you trying to achieve? There might be other ways.
- You could try associating a situation with the venue type and then affecting the Sims' behavior via the situation itself. I'm not sure if it will apply to player-controlled Sims, though.
Alternatively, you could write a script mod to mimic the 'region_buffs' functionality from the Region TDESC. - I made a community venue and wanted to know is you can put a thrill when this at the venue
