Sims 4 Career Glitch: Sim Resets after using the "Find A Job" interaction.

Question

The job menu will not appear when my sim clicks "Find a Job" via phone or computer. My sim will go through the job searching animations but then it'll reset the sim once it reaches the end of the animation. I don't know what to do. I have the latest version and everything is up to date.

@HenriettaStrife  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, does it work if you try without ?

I am using career mods. I'm using career mods that need Neia's career mod and XML injector.
Edit: I used an exception reader to see what mod could cause issues. Normally it helps me but this time
I am stumped. It tells me "careers_Adult_InteriorDecorator' is "outdated/broken". But I don't have a career mod
for interior decoration. I think this is the cause but I don't have the interior designer pack nor a mod with that career.

@HenriettaStrife  Does it work if you remove all your mods and delete the localthumbcache file ? (try on a backup of your save)
