Sims 4 Cottage Living - Vitality Fertilizer (and others)

I can't seem to figure out how to use this item, or the super version, or any others.  I tried googling it, which normally works well for me, but all I find is that I'm to "sprinkle" the fertilizer ...

    These fertilizers only work on oversized crops in the new farming patches. Plant oversized crops, water, and then fertilize.

@FluidPanNerd When i click my oversized crops, it doesn’t give the option to use the fertilizer, only to buy them. My sim reached lvl 10 at gardening.

Do you havw any idea how to fix this, or am i doing something wrong?

@Sherellesnel , you have to buy the fertilizer for the oversized crops first , and then you can use them!  Have you already bought them? 🤔

    @PugLove888 I bought some and got some from cleaning the animal stalls.

      @Sherellesnel , I'm playing on a PC with no Mods or Custom Content (CC) and I'm able to use the fertilizer for the oversized crops.  Are you, by chance on a console? 🤔 Or if you are on a PC or Mac, do you happen to play with any Mods or CC? 

      Also, is is just on this one lot or is it on other lots as well?  What about in a different Save Game file?

        @PugLove888 I'm playing on PC without any mods or CC as well. I tried updating the game and repairing it.

        I tried to use it on another lot and it actually worked! i guess i'll have to move my household. 🙂
