Sims 4 Downloaded Houses Not Appearing In Library

@serendiqiity The game won't read the contents of Documents > Electronic Arts > Tray. Everything needs to be in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray.

I Had exactly the same issue and it took me ages to realise in gallery in My Library under Advanced, I had to tick Allow Custom Content in order to see the Lot I had added to try manually.
