Sims 4 For Rent Pack not working after download

I downloaded the sims 4 for rent pack however I am unable to access any of it. It is saying that the pack will not be ready until it’s finished downloading. I restarted the game and checked that it i...

@sickandskint  Your pack looks like it's installed correctly.  So please clear the EA App's cache:

Restart your computer, and repair the game: open the App game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.  Then test in-game again.  And let me know how much, if any, of the content is working, for example if the items appear in CAS or Build/Buy but the world isn't accessible.

@puzzlezaddict ok I followed all of these steps, all the CAS and BB stuff shows up, just not the world, its a white screen no matter how i try to access it, manage worlds, travelling, moving etc all dont work

    @sickandskint  Please test in a new save with no mods.

    @mockingnero  I've merged your post with another thread about this issue.  Please try the suggestion in post 8, and test in a new save with no mods or custom content present.

      @luthienrising This worked! Must be a mod conflict, im guessing TOOL since this is such a build overhaul, thank you so much for your help!
