Sims 4 game loads black box over house and turns black during gameplay

I am having the same problem and i have a couple of mods however they were all recommended by famous youtubers. I downloaded nothing from suspicious websites only famous YouTubers!

  Whether they were recommended by people on YouTube or someone here, or on Twitter, or on another site is irrelevant. 3rd party content must be compatible with the current patch level of the game. If it is not compatible it can break your game. Try a new clean game by moving the Sims 4 folder to the desktop and see if it still happens.
