Sims 4 High School Years – Missing Faculty

I'm having an issue with the High School Years pack where my teen can attend school, but most of the school faculty don't appear on the lot.

My mods include:

• MC Command Center (MCCC)
• Adeepindigo's Education Overhaul
• Adeepindigo's Dynamic Teen Life
• Delinquent Teens
• Zero's Assign NPC Roles

I own High School Years and most/all of the other Sims 4 packs.

The issue:
In one particular, long-running/legacy save, when I follow my teen Sim to high school, the principal and teachers don't appear. The cafeteria worker does appear, and students appear normally.

I originally had the school lot replaced with a Gallery build (one made by Lilsimsie). However, this is a school lot I've used in the past without experiencing this issue.

Troubleshooting I've already done:

1. Tested a brand-new save with the exact same mods/settings and a brand-new save without any mods.
• Followed a teen Sim to high school.
• All of the normal school faculty appeared, including teachers, principal, cafeteria worker, etc.
• This makes me think the problem isn't a simple global mod conflict.
2. Replaced the problematic save's Gallery high school with the original Maxis/EA high school lot.
• The problem remained.
• Students appeared.
• The cafeteria worker appeared.
• The principal and teachers did NOT appear.
• Therefore, the Gallery lot itself probably isn't the primary cause.
3. Used Zero's Assign NPC Roles to assign new Sims as school faculty.
• The mod gave me a notification saying the Sims were successfully reassigned.
• However, when I sent my teen to school the following day, none of the newly assigned faculty appeared on the school lot.
• This makes me think the game isn't properly recognizing/using the assigned teacher/principal roles in this particular save.
4. The original principal and teachers that the game initially generated for this save are long gone, so I can't simply locate or restore those specific Sims.

Current behavior in the problematic save:

• Students: ✅ Appear
• Cafeteria worker: ✅ Appears
• Teachers: ❌ Missing
• Principal: ❌ Missing

Current behavior in a brand-new save with the same mods/without any mods:

• Students: ✅
• Cafeteria worker: ✅
• Teachers: ✅
• Principal: ✅
• Other faculty: ✅

I'm trying to determine whether this is:

• A save-specific High School Years NPC-role issue,
• A problem with EA's NPC role generation/reassignment,
• A conflict involving Zero's Assign NPC Roles,
• An interaction between Education Overhaul/Dynamic Teen Life/Delinquent Teens,
• Or something else in the affected save.

I would like to fix the existing save if possible rather than starting over, since it is a long-running legacy save.
