I actually found a solution which made it better (Lumpinou's Milestone Mod) but when i loaded my household, my game experienced the critical exceptions again. I'm going to try to remove it to see if it still works. The critical exception report just said Server\traits\trait_tracker.py again so, I think I'll try to load up my game without it first.
Actually, I was looking at the lists of mods and cc that were broken and outdated that you posted. For the most part, it was okay and not outdated. I removed the outdated mods but it still did not work so, I tried to download the mod that I mentioned and now I keep on getting critical exceptions.

@amesdzn If you have just the Lumpinou mod and load the household, do you get exceptions?
yeah, i actually tried to remove all of my lumpinou milestone mods but i still get the critical exceptions that doesn’t indicate the mod itself. I went through all my mods and updated each one. I’ll try to look for it again. Thank you!
@amesdzn Removing your Lumpinou Milestones can cause this problem. Lumpinou's MIlestone Fixes is a solution for this problem, if it's caused by removing CC associated with a milestone.

I deleted all my milestone mods from lumpinou and I still get critical exceptions (server/trait....) I checked all of the compatibility of my mods. I deleted my chingyu v2 mods cause it clashes with v1. I still got critical exceptions and as I'm writing this, it's scanning at the moment.
I updated all my mods and it's funny to say this but I let ChatGPT analyze my last exception file and it said that my mod that isn't allowed to say (WW, WP, Basemental) needs to be updated. I was confused because I recently updated them to the latest version. It also indicated the Unlimited Jobs and Private practice and lastly, the lumpinou milestone mod.
I honestly have no idea what to do at the moment because I checked all my trait, aspirations, & preference mods and they are all updated or still is compatible. I'll double check my mods after the better exceptions scans my game. I'll also double check the list that you made.
