It could be that one or more of your mods doesn't work. Back in the day, we'd go by the rule of halves when trying to find a bad mod. Put in half your mods. If the game works, exit, take those out, and put in half of what's left, etc. If the game doesn't work, take out half. Keep doing that until you find the one(s) that are causing you problems.
