Sims apearing inside of other Sims, walking through Sims and not around. Saved commercial lot games.

Sorry, this is so much but it seems to be related. First, when new to a commercial lot if there are multiple Sims outside the building my playable Sims are often inside of a townie. Second, on all lot...
