Sims can’t marry/ elope/ can’t change CAS relationship

Weddings/ marriage doesn’t work at all. When using the arch, the wedding music starts playing but sims won’t exchange vows. Same with eloping, music starts playing, but they do absolutely nothing. I ...

Byby_Smiley​ When you tried without mods, did you rename the Mods folder and delete the localthumbcache file?

    Yes. I’ve had issues with mods through the years so I do believe this is not one of them.
