Sims energy need always filling up and hygiene always going down at 3x speed

Question

My sims energy need is always filling up no matter what and the hygiene is always going down at 3x speed. I think it's tied to the fact my sim is constantly "practicing hard" at football practice despite him not being a teen anymore. I've tried resetting him, restarting my game, going back in my saves (there wasn't one old enough for me to recover). I've also tried making him a teen again, joining football practice and then quitting but that didn't work either. I think this bug came about when I graduated him early and he was still at football practice.&nbsp;

I just got this glitch too, I *think* I might have a work around. I don't know if you play on PC or not but I went into manage worlds, moved the sim into a new household, marked as unplayed then used MCC to add to family and it looks like her needs are back to normal! If you don't have MCC maybe just moving, marking as unplayed, going back into the household, then going back and adding the Sims may work?
