@cocoskin14 Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. If you don't have mods, please let me know. Please be patient while modders update their mods. Many are broken as of today's patch. See the pinned list.
I keep getting an "error: failed to load game, please restart" message. I'm assuming that's because of the update, but I wanted to ask. I went through your list (thank you for the quick list btw) and deleted broken mods. I can't even start a new game.

@punkrosekai Most broken mods won't even be listed yet. Remove all mods that aren't updated or confirmed compatible. See How to Use Mods and CC on playing after a game update.
