Somethings wrong with my girl sims

I was clearing out my CC, and when I joined, all of my girl sims were missing their faces. I removed everything on them, and their faces were still gone. I removed all my cc from the mods folder, and their faces came back, but I really don't want to go through all my cc one by one, and really don't want to redownload all of it. How do I go through it all fast?
