SUBACTION_GROUP_WEIGHTING ... does inverting the values cause problems on the long run?

I've been wondering why they are set as 25 DEFAULT and 75 IDLES as default, I find that inverting the values makes the game a lot more enjoyable for me, as the sims do not pick the idle chatting so much.... also, does it affect only the interactions tagged as IDLE in the SocialMixer or also the idles from the emotional buffs and from the trait?
