Suspect changes clothes, ends up not matching clues

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Issue an APB and have a suspect end up at, say, a gym
What happens when the bug occurs? I was looking for the suspect and spawned near a gym, seeking a woman with a skirt, LONG sleeved shirt and red hair. After searching for 5 in game hours, i arrested the closest looking suspect that had a shirt with NO sleeves, and turns out they were guilty I presume this might have happened due to them changing to their excercise clothing They later switched to their correct shirt on the police station
What do you expect to see? I expect the suspect to match the clues gathered regardless of location
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

i was pretty surprised to find out i grabbed the correct one despite clearly not matching
- @DarkSlayer352 Since it was at the gym, was the outfit the fitness outfit maybe ? You can ask Sims to change into their everyday outfit if you encounter them in the cold/heat or in places they don't usually wear their everyday outfit.
