The Beaker family isn’t showing up in gallery

I want to know if this is happening for other people or if it’s just me not having the required packs for them. You see the Beaker family does not show up in my gallery I’ve searched and it’s updated...

@crinrict I put the search on Maxis house holds and only house holds but I haven’t signed in I’ll try that btw I okay on console so idk if that changes anything

@redrosefairy1234 I can't speak for console but it shouldn't make a difference. You are searching ingame and not the website, right ?

    @crinrict So I booted up the sims 4 and it’s no longer asking me to sign in and yeah I still don’t see the beaker family in the gallery I typed in their name I tried the Maxis Curated section and everything

      @redrosefairy1234 It's not Maxis curated, it's under the Maxis EA-ID. Is that where you looked ?

        @crinrict Maxis EA ID ? I didn’t see that in the categories it’s either Maxis curated,ps4 system, or my library
