Gemelli2020 565ef7c661e621d6 If it's only CAS mods that are an issue, please try these solutions that have helped other people.
- Run a Game Repair to ensure there are no lingering file issues for you.
- Rename the Mods folder and delete the localthumbcache file
- Restart the game and exit
- For your CAS CC, manually create new folders inside the new Mods folder and copy the files back into them. Test a first batch of those.
If that works, you can keep copying files into new folders. You can just copy over folders for the build/buy that was working.
If that doesn't work in a batch test, you might have corrupted files that need to be redownloaded.
