The Sims 4 completely unplayable and practically wiped

Hey y'all.

So, my game. Completely unplayable since last august. I've never heard of this issue from anyone, except for one person here whose topic was never resolved and eventually closed.

When I open the game, it's kind of fine, but as soon as I open to load game, ALL the saves are white and look broken. I opened one of them, but as soon as I went to the neighborhood, the family doesn't actually exist in anymore. In fact, the entire neighborhood, every single one of them is empty. No npcs living anywhere, not my families. I can't choose a household either. So I go back to the menu to make a new family, finish, and pick a season and neighborhood. The second I pick a lot, the game throws me back to picking a season or infinitely loads. Like every time there has not been a single time this has not happened. After I go to the menu when this happens, the new family is legit nowhere so it's completely lost, too. There is not a single household in "Manage Households". Oh, also at one point I was hovering over a family and the picture they have was just blinking with a blue box. Also, one of my old families is completely ruined because of this because it just doesn't exist anymore, even though I still have all the save files and everything.

I've tried everything, uninstalling, re-installing, fixed the game files, changing folders, changing hard drives, deleted all my mods, tried with the mods, I've tried everything and nothing has made any difference.

I've asked the support help through tickets three times already, from which the first time I was told "sorry cant do anything" and the other two, months later, they didn't answer me at all and closed them immediately. I'm highkey getting really pissed about this because I've played The Sims since I was 9 years old and I've spent hundreds of euros on this god forsaken video game that just died on me completely unprompted. Like I'm so tired of trying every other month to fix it to no avail.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
