There isn't a download button in the gallery
When I try to download something (A house, person, etc) from the gallery it'll let me press on everything until the download button/ X button to close the pop up window, as if it's zoomed in...

From the main menu, head into Game Options-> Graphics and swap your Display Type from Fullscreen to Windowed mode. Once the game loads again, try swapping back to Fullscreen, and let me know if you still have issues with The Gallery then please.
