Unable to save game

Hello, I'm able to load my saved household SOMETIMES but I'm not able to save while in live mode. I've repaired and reinstalled my game but still unable to save or go to mange worlds as these option...

@LaShunaW When I remove my molds/cc the game is stuck on the loading screen. When I put my mods/cc back the game loads sometimes. When it does load, I'm unable to save my progress, go to manage worlds or go to build mode when in live mode.

@LaShunaW When you remove mods/CC and delete localthumbcache, can you start a new game?

    Yes I am able to start a new game and save it.  I just can't save the progress from my older save files.

        I don't get an error message. I am currently checking my mods.
