[WCIF] Need help?

I know this isn't the right forum for this- but i'm having a hard time finding one, i have a lot of custom content furniture, but every time i place it it disappears.. so uh, if anyone knows why this is please let me know :blush:

@QueenNyanCat07 once, i had the problem too, when i update all my mods+cc it works normally again

I really want the Sims 4 university bed bases- can't post a picture of the one I mean but it's the classic bed post looking one. Can't find any bases for it yet and I want to put other mattresses on it D:

Hi guys I just started playing sims again and I also have familiarized myself with cc I would like to know if anyone has any links for maxis match or maxis mix custom content for the following things: appliances (microwave, dishwasher etc.), columns that are preferably square and not as chunky as base game ones, anything to furnish a gaming room, couches that aren’t as rectangular, computers, and any shelving clutter/decor.
Also some great sites to download maxis match cc (especially if you can subscribe like you do on the sims resource and have a download basket)

WCIF some sort of digital book reading device like a Kindle or something that actually functions in game? I want it to work where my Sim can download the book titles in to it & read from the device while sitting. It would be like using a tablet/phone but larger I suppose. I have a high tech Sim who would be unlikely to read actual paper books but with the current objects and aspirations, he has to read paper books.

I tried googling but it just came up with actual digital book guides for Sims.

NisaK's lot trait extender works as intended.

Any Wall/Floor with a galaxy/Space print? I'm making a spaceship rp and it'd be nice to have a decent background.
