My favorite is probably increased work day length + wages for GTW careers. I was getting incredibly frustrated at later levels meeting goals for promotions, and with the mod you can set 12-15 hour work days instead so you have time to accomplish everything and not crucify your sim's needs! It's by mummy_001 at MTS and I wouldn't ever use active careers without it!
