Where are Windenberg countryside's world color timeline files?

I've noticed that every district uses the world color timeline files released, except for windenburg countryside. The countryside also uses a unique cloud texture that isn't the same as other districts (the chalet and the modern area use the normal world color file, but the different cloud .dds as well)

So basically I would like to know where are Windenberg countryside's world color timeline file, and also it's cloud .dds location?
